Stone Crushing Plant
Stone Crushing Plant mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electronic control equipment, etc.
Our stone crushing plant is suitable for making artificial sand or processing hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble and other aggregates.
It is applicable to power industry, building materials processing, road building, and construction industry and other fields.

Basic Procedure
Big stones are evenly sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder, for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are sent into the impact crusher for further crushing. Then, the output materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor to classify according to their different sizes. The qualified stones are sent to the stockpile by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the impact crusher by belt conveyor and crushed again.
