1. Features:

1. AH series pump is horizontal, open-side vertical and double pump barrel. Pump body and pump shell have changeable metal or rubber inner lining which can be used until being breakthrough. So it can prolong maintenance cycle and reduce operation costs.

2. Exit direction of the pump can be installed in eight different angles.

3. Bearing assembly of the pump adopts cylindrical structure, which is good to adjust the distance between impeller and front liner. It can be dismantled. It applies grease lubrication.

4. Shaft seal involves packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal and mechanical seal.

5. AH series pump have wide performance range, strong anti-cavitation ability and high efficiency. It can adopt multistage Tandem Technology to transport long distance.

6. The kinds of drive have V-belt drive, spring coupling drive, gear reducer drive, liquid coupling drive, frequency drive, silicon controlled speed regulator drive and so on. Of which, V-belt drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR drive.

7. Flow passage components can be made of variety metal and rubber materials. You can choose these materials.

8. Applying variety speeds and types to make it operate in high point. The pump has long service life, high efficiency, and can work smoothly in very bad condition.

2. Application:

It was mainly used to transport deep-etching and high concentration slurry. For example, coal dressing with float and sink separation, ash and clinker removal in power plant, slag removal in blast furnace, ferrous and non-ferrous mine, chemical mine, etc.
